Course Description

This course explores various meteorological disasters (e.g., typhoon, heavy rainfall/snowfall, heat/cold wave, air pollutions, etc.) and their socioeconomic losses by finding such cases in the past. Students will learn and investigate the development mechanisms and the causes of damages of such hazardous weather systems.

Term Project

We can choose our own topic, write outline about it. And make a webpage of our term project.

Finally, present our term project to you!!!
